I'm Greg Erickson, and I help clients buy, sell, and preserve Mid-Century Modern, vintage, and historically significant homes throughout San Diego County.
My obsession with historic design is rooted in my professional and educational background. I hold a Studio Art degree with an emphasis in Furniture Design from San Diego State University. This is where I fell in love with the principles of modernism. Following my time at SDSU, I spent years owning and operating a Mid-Century Modern furniture, lighting, and art gallery in San Diego.
My design literacy changes how I view real estate. I don't just see square footage, I understand the integrity of a home's bones, its materials, and its architectural provenance. From post-and-beam ceilings in Point Loma to Spanish Revival homes in North Park and Modern estates in Mount Helix, I know these homes, I know this market, and I know how to guide you through it with patience, honesty, and zero ego.
For Buyers
I’ll help you truly understand what you’re looking at. Beyond the asking price, we will analyze the home's architecture, design era, potential restoration pitfalls, and long-term investment value. Whether you are navigating Mills Act property tax incentives or looking for an intact modern masterpiece, I ensure you buy with absolute confidence.
For Sellers
Your vintage home deserves a marketing approach that respects its historic soul. I focus on attracting design-conscious buyers who appreciate original character, not flippers who want to gut it. Combining professional architectural photography with powerful storytelling that highlights the home's unique provenance, your property gets a marketing strategy as unique as the architecture itself.
